Baker Marine has partnered with Fujifilm to handle Techno-Stabi repairs. Due to the construction of the Techno-Stabi 14x40 and 12x32, repairs must take place at the manufacturing facility in Japan. We act as go between for you the customer and the factory in Japan.

The binocular is first evaluated here at our facility to ensure shipping to Japan is necessary. We will bench check alignment, stabilizing functions, focusing, battery and power. If we deem the binoculars require repair we then forward them to Japan. The repair center in Japan will always replace both major systems in the binocular (stabilizing system, and focus system). They will send us an estimate with these systems and any other necessary repairs/replacements. Once we receive approval they get us the binoculars back in about 3-4 weeks time fresh from factory refurbishment. "Like new"

Always ship the binoculars inside their original case inside a cardboard box with packing material.
